Mitchell and Allie’s Moab elopement was the perfect blend of adventure, emotion, and epic landscapes. They began their day at sunrise in Arches National Park, exploring the stunning arches and Mars-like rock formations in the soft morning light. After soaking in those surreal views, they found a quiet spot to read heart-touching letters from their loved ones. It was such a beautiful, grounding moment to kick off their elopement day.
Next, we set off on an off-road adventure through the desert, where the energy shifted to full-on fun. The trails, twists, and vast red rock scenery felt like an adult playground. Once we reached a more private spot, Mitchell and Allie sat down to write their vows surrounded by stillness and the beauty of nature.
Later that evening, they got ready separately and met again at Dead Horse Point for their ceremony. Their first look happened as Allie walked down the aisle with her dad, and as soon as Mitchell saw her, the emotions hit: tears and all. It was such a real and touching moment.
After their intimate ceremony and family photos, we stayed to chase golden light for sunset, then captured their first dance with nothing but desert around them. The day ended with a quiet moment under the stars. It was just the two of them, taking it all in.
